• Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Academic details you share: university, department, project topic and matric number (only if you want it printed on a case).
• Project details: descriptions, files and documents you send us.
• Payment records: amounts and transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser type, used to keep the website working and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you request.
• To send invoices, agreements, receipts and project updates by email, WhatsApp or both, as you choose.
• To send one-time codes and password reset links.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run LazTech, such as our hosting provider, email and WhatsApp messaging providers, and payment provider, and only as needed for them to do their job. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your projects and documents

We keep your project files confidential. We will only feature your project in our portfolio with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and support, and to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email admin@laztech.online and we'll respond promptly.
